DSS-65	Unable to command for the first 9 minutes of the support due to 
intermittent transmitter radiation problems.

Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be low for the next 
three days (21-23 October) with a chance for M-class activity from 
Regions 1319 (N11W66) and 1324.
Orionid meteor shower peaks on Saturday morning, Oct. 22nd.
