antenna failure.

Commands radiated not received by the spacecraft resulting in two dropped 
commands and delay in SSR reset/playback

Solar Activity Forecast: Solar activity is expected to be low
with a slight chance for an isolated M-class event for the next
three days (19-21 April).

APR2312 products are out for review today.

SSR will roll over due to lost support.
