Highlights:
SOH checks at Jul 6, 22:30 pass indicated discrepancy between expected quaternions and actual
quaternions. Vehicle loads stopped, science loads continued, resulting in
an unsafe configuration and loss of science. Daily load uplinked and
activated prior to previous load completing and transitioning to an inactive
state.  Activated SCS 107 via ground commands (CAP 593) to safe science
instruments.
