We intend to run CAP1329 to turn on the ACIS DH heater side B

SUMMARY:
--------

The ACIS DH heater side B was turned on as expected.  The power dissipated 
by the heater reached a maximum of 60 W and then dropped to below 10 W after 
forty minutes.  The Camera Body temperature is regulating as expected,
side A at -62.4 C and side B at -59.9 C.  The FP temperature dropped
to -121.2 C after an hour into the test.
