DSCOVR has declared a spacecraft emergency.  So we missed the first scheduled comm of the shift.
We will have an SSR rollover by 1740Z.   It is unclear if we will have comm before then.

Radiation:

Solar activity is expected to be very low with a chance for 
a C-class flares on days one, two, and three (14 Jan, 15 Jan, 
16 Jan).
