2 CAPs:
- 1499, 353/1926z, CPE Gyro Configuration Memory Dump
  Dump on-orbit CPE memory to compare to ASVT and Ada
  code listing.
- 1500, 353/1933z, Set CPE Power Loss Recovery Relays for Pass 2.
  This CAP sets the CPE Power Loss recovery relays to a desired
  gyro configuration of A2 and B2. This configuration will only
  be applicable for a Safe Mode Pass 2 situation (i.e., no backup
  OBC available). The Safe Mode Pass 1 gyro selections will still
  be driven/controlled by SCS 31 in the Safe Mode OBC.

Radiation:

Solar activity is expected to be very low on days one, two,
and three (19 Dec, 20 Dec, 21 Dec).

MP:
There were two TOOs talked about yesterday. One was withdrawn.
It will be known around noon today if the other TOO goes into
the Dec2319 loads. If not then the Dec 2319 loads are approvable.

Eng:
The CPE CAPs were executed to work around an error that was
found in the CPE code’s handling of the A2 / B1 gyro configuration
in a Pass 2 Safe Mode situation (where attitude control would be
lost). A follow-up patch to the CPE software is planned to fix the
code error. Another instance of ACA high background anomaly. Stars
were lost for a short period of time, all stars were recovered.
