Zone 50 of the OBA contains a stuck-on heater which is adding extra heat to
the OBA and possibly ACIS FP. This CAP disables power to Thermal Primary
Operational Bus 6 to turn off the Zone 50 stuck-on heater. This CAP will shut
off power to HRMA Primary Operational Zone 29, and OBA Primary Operational
Zones 35, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, and Aft Bulkhead Primary Operational Zone 54.
The CAP will also disable commanding to Thermal Primary Operational Bus 5,
HRMA Primary Operational Zones 27 & 28, and OBA Primary Operational Zones 43,
45, 47, 49, 52, and Aft Bulkhead Primary Operational Zone 53. This CAP will be
run in two parts, over separate DSN comms, to assess the thermal
benefit/impact with Bus 5&6 heaters off to determine if a permanent disable of
Primary Operational Bus 6 (and Bus 5 commanding) is appropriate.

Solar activity is expected to be very low with a slight chance for a C-class
flare on days one, two, and three (15 Mar, 16 Mar, 17 Mar).
