Execute CAP 1618: HRC-S Checkout Activity on Side-A Electronics

NOTES/ISSUES/PROBLEMS:

There were a few instances of secondary science corruption observed in realtime. The corruption was cleared in the next frame. During the corrupted frames, EED voltages remained nominal. HRC team will compare this to previous instances of side-A secondary science corruption.

SUMMARY:
--------
The HRC-S was connected to the Side-A FEA preamplifiers, and the PMT2 was brought to operational levels. Shield rates were stable around < 3500 cps. The HRC-S high voltage was manually ramped up to operational levels by 3:15 local time. Total rates were steady at > 200 cps, while valid event rates were ~ 100 cps. CEA temperatures increased due to warming from the various power supplies, but did not exhibit any unexpected behavior.

19:18 HRC-S brought to operational voltage. Shows valid event rates of ~ 100 cps, and total event rates of ~ 200 cps
20:55 HRC-S HVPS powered down.
20:57 PMT2 powered down.
20:58 15V LVPS powered down.
