Radiation:
Solar activity is likely to be low with a slight chance for
an M-class flare on days one, two, and three (11 Mar, 12 Mar,
13 Mar).

MP:
Mar1122A replan loads were approved yesterday.
Mar1422A load review today at 1pm (email only).

Eng:
CAP 1603 was executed nominally to power on and evaluate
the HRC side-B +5V and +/115V LVPS. The +5V LVPS turn-on
was nominal. The +/-15V LVPS power supply turn-on command
succeeded. However, the output voltages showed +3.5V and
-0.1V instead of the expected +/- 15V values. Both +/- 15V
and +/5V LVPS were turned off, returning the HRC to an
unpowered state. The HRC team will be assessing further
diagnostics options.
