1. Introduction:
   The bright-source code is a C++ code that determines if any known bright X-ray source crosses the broesight field of view during any observations or slews of the telescope. If there is a violation that is greater than 0.35 degree angle and over 2 minutes in time, it will be reported in the output file.
2. Execution depandancies:
   Requires the Maneuver file from the load review Requires the static xray files to be in place.
