To be placed on the qualifying student rooming list, the:

  • student is fully registered on the Symposium web site;

  • student sends his/her Boston Park Plaza Confirmation # to h_mtgplnrs@head.cfa.harvard.edu;

After all documents are received by the LOC's student coordinator, the coordinator will send the qualifying student name to The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers and the hotel will confirm a change in guest room rate with the student. If you are qualifying Student #16 on the coordinator's list, e.g., the coordinator will advise you of wait list status and are eligible to fill a vacancy should a student 1-15 withdraw from the Symposium; the student coordinator will not cancel any guest room reservation, even if at your personal request.
