SAOTrace

SAOTrace is a ray-tracing tool designed to simulate the performance of grazing-angle X-ray optics. It is designed primarily as an engineering tool to characterize as-built designs, but can also be used in the optics design phase. Its primary use is to characterize the performance of the Chandra X-ray Observatory.
