acis-backstop.pl script documentation
- Introduction:
The acis-backstop.pl script extracts the ACIS commands and
relevant information from the backstop file to create a file to review
for the current spacecraft command load. The ACIS observing parameters are then
compared against the ACIS observing parameters that are stored in the
ObsCat. History files are used as input and
output to create a continuity and to create a timeline of the
spacecraft configuration for real-time webpages. After a load has been
approved, ACE-update.pl must be run. This
script concatenates the weekly history files produced by acis-backstop.pl to the global
history files used in producing the ACIS real-time hardware telemetry
web page as well as being used in deriving the ACIS orbital fluence based on
ACE/EPAM data (see acis-fluence_P3pscaling.pl
and acis-fluence_FP6pscaling.pl).
