SAOTrace 2.0.4 is now available, superseding version 2.0.2 and the
short-lived 2.0.3.

There are no user-visible changes in this release.

Aside from some performance enhancements and code refactoring, the big
news is support for more platforms. SAOTrace now compiles on the
following 64 bit operating systems:

     * Linux Mint 13, 14, 15, 16
     * Debian 5, 6, 7
     * CentOS 5.10, 6.4, 6.5
     * RHEL 6.4
     * Ubuntu 12.04, 13.10
     * Mac OS X 10.6.8, 10.7.5
