Presenter Guidelines
Talks
Invited Talks are allotted 25 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A time. Contributed Talks are allotted 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A time.
Presenters must upload your presentation through the link emailed to them in advance of their talk session. Please check your email for instructions on how to upload your talk. All talks will be delivered on the conference computer, a Mac laptop. If you are concerned about formatting being preserved, you should upload both the presentation itself and an exported PDF version. If you intend to present an animation or video, it is highly recommended that you test your presentation on our computers during a break prior to your talk.
The conference computer will have both Keynote and Powerpoint available.
Posters
Poster pin-up boards are 6 ft across and 4 ft tall, and posters will be arranged two to a board. Your poster must therefore be no larger than 36" wide by 48" tall (91 cm by 121 cm; A0 will fit within these restrictions). Posters will be on display on their scheduled day in the Silver Ballroom. Posters can be mounted in the morning of your session starting before the first oral session and must be removed by the end of the day. Any posters not removed will be discarded.
