• A serious bug was found in extracting data from images. The way the data was being indexed was incorrect; it was causing incorrect results and possibly unexpected crashes. [5478]
• The WMAP functionality was lost in CIAO2.1. It has been restored. [5474]

chips: (Mike)

• problems with lines in log scale
• incorrect contour limits
• missing lower error bars in Ilaria's famous plot
• ChIPS state files now show CIAO2.1 instead of 2.0

configuration scripts: (Mike)

• allow multiple semicolon-delimited entries in LOCPFILES user variable
• fixed minor typos in help output
• works correctly when called immediately after launching new xterm window, by checking $PATH in addition to $ASCDS_INSTALL
