Bug List for ChaRT

Users may have problems when uploading a spectrum file from a Windows machine. There are operating system incompatibilities with directory paths (use of "\" vs "/") and newline characters.
The input spectrum file for ChaRT must not have extra carriage returns in it. This is only a problem for spectrum files that have been edited by hand; most users will not encounter this.
