Characterising CSC 2.1

The characterizing for CSC 2.1 will be added after the release. The CSC 2.0 characterisation page can be reviewed, but note that for CSC 2.1:

• some stacks are completely new, some are unchanged, and some have new observations added;
• the catalog now uses the Gaia reference frame, which can mean source positions have changed slightly;
• the handling of complicated source regions (many sources) has been improved, so results should be more reliable;
• and the variability measures have been improved.
